This is my favorite protocol after traveling or just out of a routine for a few days.
This meal plan can be used for 7 -21 days. You will notice a SHIFT in energy and just overall feeling better. If followed as is, you will notice less bloating and water retention while eating whole foods.
You may also add any juice or smoothie of your choice to any of the meals if you are still hungry or you can replace with one of the meals. It's up to you.
Either way you won't feel deprived and there is plenty of food.
